Where deeper clarity begins
The Comprehensive AI & Automation Readiness Assessment
Most organisations today feel pressure to act on AI, automation, or broader operational improvement. New tools appear constantly, competitors make bold claims, and internal teams often begin exploring in isolated ways.
What is often missing is a clear understanding of whether the business is genuinely ready to move forward in a way that is practical, aligned, and commercially worthwhile.
The Comprehensive Readiness Assessment exists to provide that clarity through a structured, in-depth engagement.
This is not a superficial review or an informal advisory conversation. It is a serious assessment for organisations that want a more complete understanding of where they stand before committing to more significant change.
Why this assessment exists
Many businesses are tempted to jump straight into operational ideas. They want to know what could be automated, where AI may save time, or which workflows should be improved first.
Those questions matter, but they only tell part of the story.
If leadership is not aligned, ownership is unclear, communication is weak, or confidence in change is limited, even sensible operational recommendations can struggle to gain traction. That is one of the main reasons promising initiatives fail to deliver lasting value.
The Comprehensive Readiness Assessment is designed to avoid that mistake by taking a broader view of readiness before major decisions are made.
What the assessment includes
This engagement combines two distinct but connected assessment perspectives.
The first is the Organisational Readiness Assessment, which examines whether the business is positioned to support meaningful change at leadership, cultural, and structural level.
The second is the Operational Readiness Assessment, which examines how work flows through the business and where practical opportunities for improvement, automation, or AI may genuinely exist.
These two perspectives are intentionally linked. Organisational readiness shapes how operational opportunities should be interpreted, prioritised, and sequenced.

How the engagement works
Some organisations arrive here directly because they already know they need a deeper strategic assessment. Others reach this point after completing ACG’s First-Stage Readiness Assessment, which helps determine whether a more involved review is justified.
Where appropriate, the process begins with a complimentary executive-level scoping conversation. This is used to understand the organisation’s context, priorities, and objectives, and to ensure that any deeper engagement is properly aligned before formal work begins.
The assessment is then carried out as a structured engagement, followed by analysis, written reporting, and a formal debrief.
What you receive
The outcome is a written Key Findings & Recommendations Report designed to help leadership teams understand their current position, recognise material risks and constraints, identify meaningful opportunities, and make better-informed decisions about what should happen next.
The emphasis is not on pushing premature implementation. It is on giving the organisation a grounded basis for deciding what is viable, what is conditional, and where deeper action is most justified.
Scope, pricing, and next steps
The Comprehensive Readiness Assessment starts at $4,500.
This reflects a structured, multi-stage engagement resulting in a written findings report and debrief. Final scope and fees may vary depending on organisational size, complexity, and assessment depth required.
There is no obligation to proceed beyond the assessment itself.
Where appropriate, the findings may naturally lead into further advisory, preparatory, or implementation support, but any work beyond the assessment is discussed separately, scoped explicitly, and subject to a separate agreement.
