Where It All Starts
The Comprehensive AI & Automation Readiness Assessment
Most organisations today feel pressure to “do something” with AI or automation. New tools appear constantly, competitors make bold claims, and internal teams experiment in isolation. What’s often missing is a clear, shared understanding of whether the business is actually ready — not just technically, but organisationally — to adopt these changes in a way that delivers lasting value.

The Comprehensive AI & Automation Readiness Assessment exists to provide that clarity through a structured, in-depth engagement, rather than a superficial review or informal advisory conversation.

Phase 1: Culture and People Readiness

Rather than starting with technology, the assessment begins by examining how the organisation actually functions today. This includes targeted discussions with leadership and key stakeholders, alongside a review of decision-making structures, ownership, communication, and confidence around change. These insights are then considered alongside an analysis of operational workflows, systems, and data, to build an accurate picture of readiness across both people and process.

The assessment is deliberately culture-first. In practice, many AI and automation initiatives fail not because the tools are inadequate, but because the organisation is not aligned around change. Leadership uncertainty, unclear ownership, low trust in systems, or fatigue from previous initiatives can quietly undermine progress. Identifying these factors early allows any recommendations to be shaped realistically, rather than imposed optimistically.

Phase 2: Operational and Structural Readiness

Alongside this, we assess operational and structural readiness. This involves examining how work flows through the organisation, where friction or duplication exists, and where automation or AI could credibly improve efficiency, profitability, or scalability. Opportunities are assessed in context — not as abstract possibilities, but as changes that must coexist with existing roles, responsibilities, and constraints.

The two perspectives are intentionally linked. Findings from the cultural and people review directly inform how operational opportunities are framed and prioritised. In some cases, this means recommending preparatory changes before any technical initiatives are pursued. In others, it may highlight areas where the organisation is well positioned to move faster. The emphasis is always on sequencing and suitability, rather than speed for its own sake.

Phase 3: Key Findings & Recommendations Report

The engagement concludes with a Key Findings & Recommendations Report, summarising the organisation’s current position, key risks, practical opportunities, and suggested next steps. This document is designed to support internal decision-making, align leadership teams, and provide a grounded basis for future action.
Where appropriate, the assessment may naturally lead into further advisory or implementation support, but there is no obligation to proceed beyond the initial engagement.

This assessment is designed for established organisations that want clarity before commitment — and who recognise that meaningful change requires more than tools alone.

Pricing
The Comprehensive Readiness Assessment starts at $4,500.
This reflects a structured, multi-stage engagement resulting in a written Key Findings & Recommendations Report. Scope may vary depending on organisational size and complexity.
